Provide our staff with a menu of meals that you would prefer (local specialties) and our cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to your desires. The staff will serve breakfast and lunch and will have dinner prepared before the cook leaves for the day. Cook leaves at 5 pm (prepares & serves breakfast and lunch, prepares but does not serve dinner; guest pays for groceries)
There are five separate eating areas.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking Deposit: 50% of total rent due upon signing of contract (including any event
fee, see below). Deposit becomes non refundable 60 days prior to
rental. Remainder of total rent due 60 days prior to rental.
Security Deposit: 10% of total rent, minimum $2,000, due upon signing contract (except for events, see below).
Event Definition: Over 25 adults
Event Extra Fees: 25-49 people: 1 x daily rate
50-125 people: 1.5 x daily rate
126 -200 people: 2 x daily rate
Event Security Deposit: 50% of Event Fee
Rules for Events: No music after 10 pm

Check in time: 3:00 pm. Checkout: 11:00 am

Pets: Must be pre-approved. Considered on a case-by-case basis; an extra deposit may be required.
