The virgin beach at Mayto
Mayto, located just outside of the bay to the south, see Map, is still undeveloped, they're two small hotels and a Turtle Research Station on this 6.5 mile beach. Not a swimming beach, very heavy surf.
The tour will first take you El Tuito, an old colonial era town and then an approximately 1 hour drive through the Sierra Tuito to Mayto. Afterwards you will go to the small fishing village of Tehuamixtle, well known for it's excellent seafood, especially oysters, where you can have lunch (not included). This small bay is good for swimming and snorkeling.
